Carmelo and Filomena Ippolito began selling local fresh fruit and vegetables to farmers markets in Guelph and Hamilton, Ontario in the 1930’s. The pair incorporated Ippolito Fruit & Produce limited in 1946 and the Queen Victoria® brand was born. In time, their son joined the organization, and today, no less than four generations of Ippolitos have helped the business in its evolution.
