Dear Ole Tyme Customers:

Cooler weather in the Salinas Valley this week is slowing cauliflower growth, leading to tighter supplies. Fields need more time to size up, but temperatures are expected to rebound by the weekend, which should help production improve into next week.

What to Expect:

Supplies from Salinas are currently light due to slow growth.
Santa Maria region remains a good, steady alternative.
May need to adjust sizing or make additional picks to fill orders.
