Dear Ole Tyme Customers:

We have received formal notice from our supplier, confirming that current Brussels sprout conditions qualify as an Act of God event. As a result, we are invoking Force Majeure on Brussels sprouts effective immediately. This is an industry-wide declaration driven by significant crop failure and circumstances beyond normal control.

What to Expect:

Orders may experience delays, reductions, or substitutions with limited advance notice.
Supply will remain extremely tight through mid-December.
Some improvement is anticipated in January as Mexican production increases.
