Cauliflower production is extremely limited across all growing regions. In Yuma, crops are still maturing slowly, keeping supplies tight. The market remains highly active with significantly elevated pricing. Sporadic reports of mildew and slight discoloration have been noted in product reaching the coolers.

Expectations:

Supplies will remain extremely limited through next week, maintaining higher-than-normal market levels.
Suppliers are closely monitoring volumes to navigate this supply gap.
Sizing substitutions or additional harvests may be necessary to meet demand.
