Dear Ole Tyme Customers:

Market Update:

Heads up! We're transitioning into the new Northwest onion crop, which means you're now getting the freshest red and yellow onions from Washington, California, and New Mexico.

What You Need to Know:

Fresh-run onions are now shipping — great quality, but expect a shorter shelf life and higher moisture content (quicker use = better performance).
Jumbo sizes are most available, especially out of California.
New Mexico continues to ship well, with only minimal impact from recent weather.
Washington storage onions are finishing up, so you may notice a slight shift in appearance or handling needs as we switch to new crop.
Market pricing is trending upward as the storage season winds down — pre-booking and planning ahead will help avoid any disruptions.
