Dear Ole Tyme Customers:

WEATHER ALERT:

Yesterday, Yuma experienced significant ice which delayed harvest and loading times.

Expectations:

Quality in the coming weeks is expected to see blister and epidermal peel on Iceberg and Romaine.
May see lighter weights as well due to harvesters cleaning up the outer leaves.
The tender leaf items will see weaker texture, discoloration and blistering.
