Dear Ole Tyme Customers:

Due to recent weather conditions in California growing regions - including rainfall between 0.25" and 0.40", along with warm overnight temperatures and high humidity - growers are experiencing significant challenges with both production and quality.

In Santa Maria, strawberry availability will be very limited going into next week. Rain-related damage often takes a few days to fully appear, and we anticipate the most noticeable impact on Friday and Saturday, when a large portion of the fruit may be diverted to juice due to quality concerns.

Growers are working hard to harvest and pack as many quality cases as possible, but the weather has made this especially difficult. As your distributor, we’re closely monitoring the situation and will continue to communicate any changes in availability.
